In the past I have had to mix several different brands and types of sauces to get my family’s desired taste of barbeque.  Finally, I have found the ONE bottle!  Uncle Bob’s is not just ingredients thrown together and put in a labeled bottle and called a grilling sauce….it is “THE SAUCE OF ALL SAUCES”!  I have found that you can cook it with pork, beef, chicken and seafood.  It can be used to marinade or dipping.  Since my family likes a little “kick”, I used the “hot and spicy” to slow-cook a pork tenderloin.  Not too hot with a little sweetness gave the roast a succulent flavor.  The next day, I chopped up the left-overs and added more sauce to create BBQ sandwiches.  I shared this with a close friend and did not divulge my “secret sauce”.  His comment made me smile….”Oh my, this is out of this world!  What kind sauce did you use?”  Do you think I shared my secret?????   (Saundra Eason, Kernersville, NC)
